DSP2216U VXS board with QorIQ T2081 and two mezzanine sites

The board is meant for signal processing inside VXS racks: the QorIQ processor handles the computing, while the two PMC/XMC mezzanine sites host the application interfaces, from acquisition front-ends to the links towards the rest of the system.
The I/O includes Gigabit Ethernet, GPIO lines and RS232 serial ports. Several ruggedization levels are foreseen, with air cooled and conduction cooled builds depending on the installation.
