68PPC2 is a processing module in 3U OpenVPX form factor built around the four-core e6500 NXP QorIQ T2080 processor, with DDR3L memory protected by ECC and NAND SATA flash on board.
The declared OpenVPX profiles are SLT3-PAY-2F2U-14.2.3 and MOD3-PAY-2F2U16.2.3-3, while software support covers Wind River Linux and VxWorks, including the editions certified for safety applications. The module also runs a continuous diagnostic test in the background during operation.
