Æ-429-xx-T-PoE is one of the members of the Æ-429 series, the family of interfaces through which MBS gives access to the ARINC 429 avionics data bus.
The T code places it in the Filtered Reception version, the profile oriented to filtered reception of the traffic; the other versions documented on the PoE line are G (General Applications), F (FileTransfer Support), S (Special features) and XFC (Extended Fault Control).
Power arrives over Power over Ethernet: a single network cable carries both data and energy to the interface.
