Æ-429-xx-S-IP66 is the field build of the MBS Æ-429 series of avionics interfaces: a self-contained module that talks to the on-board bus handling periodic and asynchronous messages.

The S version, Special features, enriches the general profile of the range: compared with the base version it adds the extended 12-18 V power input and the 4 DIO with pull-down, keeping the transmission and diagnostic functions shared with the G and XFC versions of the same family.
