TPMC377 is a mezzanine module in PMC form factor for serial communication. The I/O goes through the 64-pin P14 mezzanine connector, and therefore towards the rear of the carrier board: it is the usual arrangement in racks wired on the backplane.
On the environmental side the build is conduction-cooled, with a declared operating temperature of -40~85 °C and storage up to 100 °C.
