SWE540A is an Ethernet switch in 6U VPX form factor, compliant with VITA 46 and meant for the data plane of modular open architecture systems.
The ports include 1000BaseT, 10GBASE-KX4, 40GBASE-KR4, 40GBASE-SR4 and 40GBASE-CR4 links, besides the QSFP cages; switching and routing take place at fabric speed, IPv6 traffic included.
