PEX4313U VPX carrier with one PMC/XMC site and PCIe fabric

PEX431 is an Abaco Systems board in 3U VPX form factor, compliant with VITA 46 and meant for embedded systems on open architecture.
The link towards the system takes place on a PCIe fabric: the I/O of the hosted mezzanine module thus stays available to the other boards installed in the same chassis.
The 3U Eurocard form factor allows insertion in standard VPX chassis together with the compute and network boards.
