ICS-8580XMC video compression module with DSP and output over PCIe or Ethernet

ICS-8580 is an XMC mezzanine module that compresses video on board: it accepts analog and digital sources and delivers the compressed stream over PCIe or Ethernet.
Processing is entrusted to the TI TMS320DM6467 DSP and the handled channels are two in high definition or four in standard definition. The reference standard is XMC VITA 42/61, with air, conduction or spray cooling and optional conformal coating.
