IBX400 is an Abaco Systems switch in 6U VPX form factor, compliant with VITA 46 and intended for computing systems where an InfiniBand fabric and an Ethernet network live side by side.
The Ethernet control plane is fully managed, while the InfiniBand part is administered in band by the Subnet Manager, so as to keep the two communication domains on a single board.
The declared ruggedization is level 8.
