Condor VC300xXXMC SDI video capture module with raw capture over PCIe

Condor VC300xX is the XMC module dedicated to video capture: the SDI inputs reach up to eight channels in 12G, 3G and HD-SDI formats, plus two CVBS inputs, and the stream is transferred as raw capture over PCIe. The interface is XMC 1.0 or XMC 2.0 with a PCIe Gen 3 link; the module is foreseen in a conduction-cooled version according to VITA 47.3. Consumption stays below 20 W.
