Æ-429-xx-XFC-PoE is part of the Æ-429 series, the interfaces through which MBS gives access to the ARINC 429 avionics data bus.
XFC is the code of the Extended Fault Control version, the profile of the range aimed at extended fault control; the PoE line is also documented in the G (General Applications), T (Filtered Reception), F (FileTransfer Support) and S (Special features) versions, identified by the middle code of the part number.
The PoE variant takes its power directly from the Ethernet link, together with the data traffic.
